Robustness: NewsRob should also make images available offline that don't have an extension

Sometimes in webpages images are referenced where the url doesn't end in a proper image file extension, e.g. ".png".

Example:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/Techcrunch?d=yIl2AUoC8zA

An actual browser would deal with that by looking at the Content-Type:

curl --head http://feeds.feedburner.com/~ff/Techcrunch?d=yIl2AUoC8zA
HTTP/1.1 200 OK
ETag: Kg31R1CGIqw4HTZpTQkVWDFniR0
Content-Type: image/gif
Content-Length: 997
Expires: Mon, 21 Dec 2009 19:27:43 GMT
Cache-Control: max-age=425218
Date: Wed, 16 Dec 2009 21:20:45 GMT
X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff
X-XSS-Protection: 0
Server: GFE/2.0

NewsRob should somehow deal with that and add the file extension so that the embedded browser can render the images.
