Alright this is solved for me because my bookmarking service (http://pinboard.in) now supports expanding feedproxy urls.
I use that mainly to store & share stuff.
very important to me! i'm in a position where i dispatch content from lots of feeds to lots of people and use sharing a lot
this is a duplicate - vote for this instead:
it already has 82 votes!
Regarding litter in the add widget dialog, check this out: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=780828
I used to bug developers if they could add a "enable/disable widget size" to get rid of the options I don't use.
The AppWidgetPicker now takes care of that in a beautiful and unobtrusive way. Sad that this is not implemented in native Android!
I completely understand your point about not diverting time from other suggestions that may be of value to a larger crowd.
It's just that my understanding was that every point should be voted on and if you are going to work on it then it's going to be 'under review', after that 'started', etc.
Thanks for your answer and good luck!
I don't want to bother you with this issue as it's completely fair that you put your work into issues that gathered more votes.
Just curious though: what does it mean in your workflow to set the status of an issue to 'under review'?
i have exactly the same usecase as OP and would like to see this realized!
do you have a status update on this?
maybe connected to this issue: http://newsrob.uservoice.com/forums/35624-general/suggestions/419253-dont-try-to-load-items-over-the-network-if-no-netw
just wanted to check if toggling/pinning is already implemented.
